Because Digital Rips is a marketplace for peer-to-peer sales of physical trading cards, refunds are handled according to order status, shipping confirmation, and dispute review.
Orders may be eligible for cancellation before shipment, depending on order status. Once an item has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
Buyers may open a dispute if there is a legitimate issue with an order, including non-delivery, wrong item received, or materially inaccurate listing details.
Digital Rips may review order records, shipment tracking, listing details, and messages or dispute details submitted by the parties. Resolution outcomes may include cancellation, denial, or refund where appropriate.
Buyer remorse, market price changes, expected resale value, or grading outcomes are generally not valid reasons for refunds.
Abuse of refunds, disputes, or payment claims may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds, if any, are returned to the original payment method subject to processor timing.
