1. Processing Time

Sellers are expected to prepare and ship orders within a reasonable handling period after payment confirmation.

2. Tracking

Sellers may be required to provide tracking information for shipped orders. Tracking helps confirm fulfillment and supports the order review process.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on carrier, service level, destination, holidays, and other external factors. Digital Rips does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.

4. Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Digital Rips is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If an order appears lost, delayed, or not delivered as expected, buyers should contact support and, when applicable, open a dispute through the platform.

6. Seller Non-Shipment

If a seller does not ship an item within the required timeframe, the order may become eligible for cancellation or dispute review.
