Digital Rips provides a platform where users can list, browse, buy, and sell physical trading cards. Digital Rips is not the manufacturer of listed items and does not guarantee grading outcomes, market value, or resale value.
Only lawful, fixed-price listings for physical trading cards and closely related collectibles are allowed. Mystery boxes, raffles, random pull mechanics, chance-based listings, or prohibited items are not allowed.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the platform.
Buyers purchase specific listed items at the displayed price. Payments are processed through Stripe. Sellers are paid according to the platform’s delivery confirmation and dispute review process.
Sellers must accurately describe listed items, upload clear photos, ship the exact item purchased, and provide valid tracking information when required. Listing counterfeit, misleading, or unavailable products is prohibited.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchase and for providing accurate shipping information. Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of the dispute process, or false claims are prohibited.
Sellers are responsible for shipping sold items within the required handling period. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
Buyers may report order issues through the platform. Digital Rips may review available order, tracking, and communication records when resolving disputes.
Digital Rips may suspend accounts, remove listings, cancel transactions, or restrict access in cases involving fraud, abuse, prohibited items, platform misuse, or policy violations.
Digital Rips provides the marketplace on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
